This privacy policy explains how Stallion uses and protects information you provide when you use our website at stallionace.com and our related online services, including authenticated web dashboards and mobile applications we make available to enterprise customers, driver partners, and operations users (together, the “Stallion Services”). This policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules issued thereunder, as amended from time to time.

Your privacy matters to Infralogic Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”), which operates the Stallion brand (“Stallion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information. It applies to visitors, registered users, enterprise users authorized by their organization, and driver or field partners who access Stallion Services. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Stallion Services. “Services” means logistics, transportation marketplace, booking, tracking, billing, account, and related services we provide through Stallion, whether on the web, in mobile apps, or offline in coordination with our teams. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our applicable terms of use or service agreements.

Stallion is committed to protecting your privacy. When we ask you to provide information that can identify you, it will be handled as described in this Policy.

By using the Stallion Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, use, disclosure, and processing of your information as set out here. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Stallion Services.

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Please review this page periodically.

What we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Identity and professional details such as name, job title, and organization name.
• Contact details including email address, postal address, telephone numbers, and other identifiers you provide for account or shipment communication.
• Demographic and preference data such as pin code, route preferences, service selections, and interests relevant to logistics.
• Transaction and operations data when you use our Services, including (without limitation) pickup and delivery addresses, shipment descriptions, quotes, orders, invoices, billing and payment-related information, and communications with our support or operations teams.
• Information you submit through surveys, feedback forms, wait-lists, or promotional programmes, where we run them.
• Technical and device information such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, and similar metadata needed to secure and improve the Services (and, where applicable, information about installs or updates as permitted by your device settings).
• If you participate as a driver or field partner, we may collect profile information, photographs, government identification and right-to-work or background verification information as permitted by law, vehicle and compliance documents (for example insurance, pollution under control certificate, registration, driving licence), bank or payment account details for settlements, utility or address proofs, and call or message metadata needed to coordinate trips with customers—handled in line with applicable law and our agreements.
• Location data: where you enable location permissions or where location is necessary to provide the Services (for example during active trips or corridor moves), we may collect precise or approximate location. For driver partners, trip-related location may be linked with the relevant shipment or enterprise account for proof of service, safety, customer support, and fraud prevention.
• Verification information supplied by you or reputable verification partners acting on our behalf, where permitted.
• If you use features that involve contacts or referrals, we may process numbers you explicitly choose to share after you consent—we do not sell your contact list.

You may request to review personal information you have provided. Where any personal information or sensitive personal data or information is found to be inaccurate or deficient, we will correct or amend it as feasible. We do not retain sensitive personal data or information longer than required for the purposes for which it may lawfully be used.

How we use information

We use information for the following purposes, among others:

• To operate the Stallion Services and honour our contracts.
• To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and communicate about bookings, shipments, and account activity.
• To process payments, invoices, credit or billing arrangements, and related financial administration.
• To provide customer and operations support, respond to enquiries, and improve service quality.
• To send important notices about the Services, safety, security, or this Policy.
• To plan, dispatch, track, and complete shipments and corridor moves in line with your instructions.
• For analytics, product improvement, and—where permitted—marketing about Stallion offerings; you may opt out of promotional channels as described below.
• Any other purpose disclosed at collection or with your consent.

We may send promotional emails, SMS, or voice calls about products or offers we believe are relevant, using contact details you provide. You may opt out of commercial communications in accordance with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 and similar rules, or by following unsubscribe instructions in messages. Security

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards consistent with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (“IT RSP Rules”), having regard to the nature of information we process. We do not keep information longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by applicable law in India. You should keep your login credentials and any sensitive business data obtained through the Stallion Services confidential.

Disclosure

We may disclose information:

• To service providers and processors who assist us (for example hosting, analytics, communications, payments, identity checks, or mapping), subject to contracts that require appropriate protection.
• To enterprise customers or consignees where needed to perform a shipment you requested or authorized.
• Among our affiliates or group companies for legitimate business purposes.
• To professional advisers, insurers, or auditors when required.
• To academic or research partners only where information is aggregated or de-identified, or with your consent where identifiable data is involved.
• To government or law enforcement agencies, or other parties, when we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulation, or to protect rights, safety, fraud prevention, or security of the Services.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where personal information may be transferred as a business asset (subject to reasonable safeguards).

Our website may contain links to third-party sites; their practices are not covered by this Policy. Please review their privacy notices before sharing information.

Deletion of information

When you close your account or submit a written request, we will delete or de-identify personal information where feasible, except where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of terms, or legal compliance. Certain operational or transactional records (including location or trip history where legally required) may be retained as permitted by law. After deletion, we may be unable to provide parts of the Services that depended on that information.

Prohibited activities

As per Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not use Stallion Services to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

• belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
• is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful;
• is harmful to children;
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
• violates any law for the time being in force;
• deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of a message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information reasonably perceived as fact;
• impersonates another person;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other nation;
• contains software virus or any computer code designed to disrupt or damage systems; or
• is patently false and untrue, written or published with intent to mislead or harass for financial gain or to cause injury.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of content, or other action permitted by law and our agreements.

Withdrawal or non-provision of data

You may choose not to provide certain information or may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, by contacting us in writing. If you do so, we may be unable to provide specific Services that require that information.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us recognise your browser, maintain sessions, measure traffic, and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may limit some features of the Stallion Services.
